After weeks of repairs, downsizing, and staging, my condo is finally ready to sell!
This was an answer to a specific prayer that I prayed. A few weeks ago I asked Him specifically to help me get the unit ready for listing by October 15th, which at the time was just 2 weeks away. I don't know why I chose that date, but it stuck in my head. And sure enough I finished getting it ready to show on the 15th! By the 17th my amazing realtor was visiting and taking pictures to list it. By the 18th it was listed on the market! Thank You, Lord!!
While there are still a few repairs that I need to make for the new homeowner, whoever that might be, I'm still super excited for this next step in my process. This step in particular seemed to make my whole move to South Africa more real. In about 6 months I will be leaving all my comfort zones here in America in a hope of showing the love of God to others. And I'm excited to do just that!
