It's here! I was finally approved! God is so good!!! Thank you ALL for your prayers and support!! I hope you're doing a happy dance along with me!
What this means:
- It means my God is still Jehovah Jireh (God our Provider)!!
- It means I am legally allowed to live in South Africa from June 2, 2016 to May 31, 2017.
- It means I will have to come back to the US before May 31st of next year to renew the visa (and go through the whole process all over again) or decide to stay in South Africa and renew it there. My family prefers that I come home for this process and I agree. But we'll see what God has in store for that next year.
- It means I can go to SA whenever I'm ready.
What it DOES NOT mean:
- It does not mean I'm leaving next week! LOL!
- It does not mean I can go there and never come back! LOL
- It does not mean I have any idea of when I'm leaving (yet)! LOL
I'm working with my family and my employer to find the best time to leave for South Africa. But at the moment it looks like it's going to be a couple more months before I leave. There's a lot of gears that have to be turning in the right direction for my departure (ticket prices, work training, family schedules, etc). I promise, though, as soon as I know when I'm leaving and I have an actual departure date set I will let you all know (FB group, here on the blog, and by email).
Again, thank you all so very much for your support and prayers! I couldn't imagine walking this road without you all by my side! I love you all very much and I thank God for you often! Thank you! Please let me know how I can pray for you in return. I owe you much more than that!
